Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Nexora Technologies (“Nexora”, “we”, “us”) handles information submitted through this website. It reflects what this website actually does today. Highlighted items must be completed by the site owner; we do not state legal facts that have not been confirmed.

1. Who we are

Nexora Technologies is a technology company that designs and builds custom business platforms, CRM and operations systems, e-commerce and order management systems, brokerage and FinTech technology infrastructure, client portals and applications, and automation and integrations.

“Nexora Technologies” is the public-facing brand name used on this website. A registered legal entity for this website has not been finalised yet, so the controller responsible for the information described in this policy will be [LEGAL COMPANY NAME REQUIRED], at [REGISTERED ADDRESS REQUIRED]. Until those details are published, privacy requests can be sent to privacy@nexora-dev.tech.

2. Information you submit to us

The only personal information this website collects from you is what you type into the contact / project enquiry form. That form collects:

  • full name
  • business email address
  • phone or WhatsApp number (optional)
  • company name (optional)
  • company website (optional)
  • country (optional)
  • the solution you are interested in, and whether you want a project or a demo
  • project details — the description you write about your requirement
  • estimated budget range (optional)
  • your consent to be contacted about your enquiry

There is no account creation, login, payment or file upload on this website, so no such data is collected here.

3. Context recorded with your enquiry (first-touch attribution)

So that we understand how enquiries reach us, a small amount of non-sensitive context is recorded alongside each submission:

  • the first page you landed on (landing page)
  • the referring website or source that sent you here (referrer)
  • the page you submitted the form from
  • campaign parameters present in the link you followed: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term

This context is captured on your first visit (“first touch”) and held in your browser’s sessionStorage under a single key. It is cleared when you close the tab, and it is only read and stored if you actually submit the form.

4. IP address handling (abuse prevention only)

When a submission is received, our server derives a one-way hash from the requesting IP address. The hash is used solely for abuse prevention — spam filtering and rate limiting repeated submissions. We do not store your IP address itself, the hash cannot be reversed to recover it, and the hash is never used for profiling, advertising or analytics.

5. Why we use your information

  • to reply to and follow up on the enquiry you submitted
  • to review your requirements and discuss a possible engagement
  • to manage business enquiries and our records of them
  • to protect the website against automated abuse and spam
  • to understand, in aggregate, which channels bring visitors to this site

We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing, we do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The attribution context described in section 3 is held in sessionStorage, not in cookies.

The site uses a provider-agnostic analytics layer: page views and simple interaction events (for example, that a call-to-action was clicked or that a form submission succeeded) are the only things it can report. By design, form content is never passed to analytics — no name, email, phone number, company, country, project details or budget. If an analytics provider that requires consent is ever enabled, a consent mechanism will be added at the same time.

7. How information is stored and who can access it

Enquiries are validated on the server and stored in a private, access-controlled database. The records are not readable from the browser: public browser access to lead records is blocked at the database level, and there is no public interface, export or listing of submitted enquiries anywhere on this website.

Access is limited to server-side credentials that are never exposed to the browser, and to the people within Nexora who need the information to respond to your enquiry.

8. Processors and sharing

We share information only with the service providers required to operate this website and its database — website hosting and managed database/backend infrastructure — acting on our instructions, and where disclosure is required by law. We do not share your details with advertisers or data brokers.

Where our providers process information outside your country, that transfer is made under the safeguards those providers offer.

9. Retention

We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and to manage any resulting business relationship, and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to us. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted or anonymised once they are no longer relevant. Defined retention period: 24 months from the date of submission, unless a longer period is reasonably required for legal, regulatory, security, dispute-resolution or contractual purposes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry earlier at any time.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to withdraw the consent you gave when submitting the form, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to receive a copy of it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@nexora-dev.tech, or simply reply to our correspondence. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the Republic of Cyprus, or in your own country of residence where local law provides for that.

11. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with security response headers enabled. Enquiry submissions are validated server-side, rate limited, and protected by automated-abuse checks. Database access is restricted to server-side credentials, and secrets are never shipped to the browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send confidential material, credentials or sensitive personal data through the enquiry form.

12. Client project data

This policy covers this website only. When we build or operate a system for a client, any data in that system is handled under the separate written agreement for that engagement, in which the client is normally the controller and Nexora acts on the client’s instructions.

13. Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website changes. The current version is always published on this page.
